Affiliate Disclosure

In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission released its new rules for Disclosure Compliance. These rules are set in place to ensure that readers or viewers of web media (blogs, Youtube videos, etc.) know if the blogger/presenter is sponsored, endorsed, or partnered with a different company. In blog terms, the readers need to know if the blogger is making money by sharing a link or product.

In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume the following about links and posts on this site: Any/all of the links

modernbibleinterpretationunderstandinghermeneutics.com are affiliate links of which I receive a small compensation from sales of certain items.

What are affiliate links?

Purchases are made on external affiliate company websites: When a reader clicks on an affiliate link located on .com to purchase an item, the reader buys the item from the seller directly (not from

modernbibleinterpretationunderstandinghermeneutics.com). Amazon and/or other companies pay

modernbibleinterpretationunderstandinghermeneutics.com a small commission or other compensation for promoting their website or products through their affiliate program. Prices are exactly the same for you if your purchase is through an affiliate link or a non-affiliate link. You will not pay more by clicking through the link.

I use two main types of affiliate programs:

1. Amazon affiliate links.

modernbibleinterpretationunderstandinghermeneutics.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon properties including, but not limited to, amazon.com. Amazon offers a small commission on products sold through its affiliate links.

The blogger receives a tiny part of the sale if a reader clicks on a link to an Amazon product and adds an item to their “shopping cart” within 24 hours of doing so. No “pay per click” is used for Amazon links.

2. Product affiliate links.

If you click on a link and buy the product, the blogger gets a percentage of the sale or other compensation. Things like e-books, e-courses, and online packages are usually links, as well. Again, the price remains the same if you use these affiliate links. You will not pay more by clicking through the link. These links are not “pay per click” unless otherwise denoted.

What about sponsored content?

I don’t publish sponsored content. I want to provide you with truthful, and exegetic well interpreted scripture. However, I will make it known at the beginning whether it is sponsored. Thanks and God bless, from the admin, modernbibleinterpretationunderstandinghermeneutics.com

  1. GODSPOWER,

Religion is a moral compass that helps us become best version of ourselves. I am so grateful that I was brought up in a Christian home. Although I didn’t understand it, I knew it was relevant. Particularly in times of stress and grief, it gives individuals, couples, families, and communities hope and comfort to know that tomorrow would bring a new day and new strength.
What we learned early on, came directly from my mum. I was able to forgive, respect everyone, child or adult, and I learned, patience, honesty and tolerance and trust in God along the way. I also accredit my present beliefs with my Christian upbringing. However, religion in the wrong hands can have a deleterious effect. For example, Jim Jones.
Many people are skeptical of religion because of false prophets and because of what has happened in terms of the corruption within the Catholic church that has been covered up. On the other hand, in my perception, Christianity is constant and in its purest state, cannot be defiled or corrupt. Therefore, it is so-called Christians that are the source of corruption, not Christianity, per se.
I admire your commitments and dedication to the laws of God. Our world would be a better place with more individuals like yourself. You are going to a great asset to the kingdom of God.
